30-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be in good condition and free from excessive wear, damage, or misuse.
- All original components, accessories, and packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied or subject to a partial refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged shipment:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rolliegoalie.com
We will work quickly to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund at no additional cost to you.
To expedite your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Products showing excessive wear or damage
- Products modified or altered after delivery
- Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items
- Replacement parts and wear components that have been used
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
