Limited Lifetime Warranty

Rollie Goalie products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring that every customer receives equipment that performs as intended.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

  • Upper slider plates
  • Lower slider plates
  • Structural components
  • Other non-wear components determined by Rollie Goalie to be defective due to materials or workmanship

Coverage applies to the original purchaser and is valid for the useful life of the product under normal intended use.

What Is Not Covered

The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Bearings
  • Straps
  • Adhesive fasteners
  • Consumable or replaceable wear components
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, negligence, or unauthorized modifications

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact us at: info@rolliegoalie.com
Please include:

  • Your name and order number (if available)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the affected component

Our team will review your claim and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

Approved Warranty Replacements

If a warranty claim is approved, Rollie Goalie will repair or replace the covered component at our discretion.

Approved warranty replacements are subject to a $15 processing and shipping fee per claim.

This fee helps cover inspection, handling, packaging, and shipping costs while allowing us to continue offering long-term support for our products.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component. Rollie Goalie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on warranties or damages, so portions of this policy may not apply to all customers.

We built Rollie Goalie to withstand the demands of real hockey. If a covered component fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right.
